About Me

Hi! I'm Aricka (pronounced like Erika) and I am a part Icelandic and Latinx audiobook narrator. I have always loved getting lost in a story and bringing an author's words to life since I was a little girl and made everyone in my family act out my favorite stories or watch me act them out. My background as a classically trained singer helps immensely with being an audiobook  narrator as I can utilize different tonalities and resonances for different characters and voices.  I am a member of SAG-AFTRA, PANA, and the APA and am constantly learning and finding new ways to engage with a manuscript. We worked together on a female lead book 'Jewels of Egypt,' which she masterfully created into an audiobook. She met the suspense, professional, and I have received numerous compliments on her reading style.
